We currently ship to all countries of European Union.

After your order is placed, we generally require 1 to 2 business days for processing and shipping. Occasionally, your order may experience a delay at our carrier. Keep an eye on your track & trace code. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday delivery, this will be processed on Monday.

Orders over €35 are free of shipping costs within the Netherlands & Belgium. There is a charge of €3,90 for orders under €35, unless otherwise is stated at the checkout based on the sales and offers we provide during specific periods. Orders over €90 are free of shipping costs for all the countries in European Union. There is a charge of €11 for orders within EU under €90.

For your safety you are not able to change your order after placing it. This applies to the address and products. If you’re not available when the driver attempts to deliver the package, our carrier will either leave a note advising how to arrange a redelivery if signature is required to receive the package or it will leave the package to a neighbor if signature is not required for the delivery. If you have changed your mind, you can return your products free of charge following delivery of the order.
After placing your order, you will receive an email from that we have received. You can expect a second email from us after processing your order with a track & trace number that you can use to follow your order. At any case you will receive a confirmation email after your order has been delivered to you.
